Palaeoephippiorhynchus is a extinct genus of large stork from the Late Eocene, Early Oligocene, and possibly Miocene.[citation needed] There are two recorded species, P. dietrichi from early Oligocene of Egypt and P. edwardsi from Miocene of Lybia.
