Budaiceras is an Ammonite from the upper Cretaceous lower Cenomanian stage included in the Lyelliceratidae. The shell is subevolute, the outer whorl overlapping the previous, with strong straight to somewhat wavy ribs that form ventrolateral and mid vental clavi.

Budaiceras lies at or near the upper end of the Lyelliceratid range.
